## Questions about pricing

### What do monthly credits cover?

Your agents use credits for AI replies and supported platform tools. The amount used depends on the model and the work each agent does.

### Can I purchase a proposed plan?

Not yet. These plans are staged in billing and open at launch. Creating an account does not select one of these plans. Checkout shows the current offer.

### Are phone lines included?

Phone lines are optional and billed separately: $300/mo each on Starter, $150/mo each on Pro, $99/mo each on Max. Until launch, the channel setup shows the current provider price before purchase.

### Can I use my own model keys?

Yes, on Pro, Max, and Enterprise. SSO access currently requires meeting the workspace spending threshold or receiving an explicit access grant; an Enterprise label alone does not enable it.

### What does Max add?

Max adds audit exports, priority provisioning, and priority Slack review to everything in Pro, plus $650 in credits the first month.

### Where can I see my usage?

Open Settings, then Billing to see your credit balance, usage, and available charge details.
